Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating, tracking and closing program and overall budgets
  • Contribute in creative meetings
  • Decipher client needs to develop creative briefs
  • Work with leadership in the development of marketing proposals, short-term and long-term to clients (deck development support)
  • Coordinate client meetings
  • Deliver all elements from an approved activation plan
  • Successfully manage/execute promotions associated with assigned properties
  • Gather and analyze research and organize information for application to new business (new business support)
  • Confer with clients to provide innovative marketing or technical solutions 
  • Make strategic recommendations for marketing solutions to meet the defined objectives and goals for new business

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required with similar or related area of focus
  • 3-5 years experience in activation, sports or music preferred; specific to account management
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of developing and building strategic teams — encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Demonstrate decision making and problem solving skills — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written with people inside and outside the organization at all levels when representing the organization to clients and other external sources
  • Proficient in prioritizing work
  • Knowledge of sports and entertainment industries preferred
