Director, Experiential Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and coordinate work flow for assigned client projects including new client projects
  • Oversee deployment of field marketing strategy inclusive of on-going field asset project management
  • Lead any national/touring activation's planning and deployment
  • Collaborate with internal Account Director and/or client account teams with project development to ensure consistency across market activation's
  • Manage personnel assigned to the client/project team
  • Work with experiential team members to develop project plans manage objectives
  • Lead the development of strategically creative experiential marketing solutions
  • Report on project and/or account activities and provide status reports
  • Develop cost estimates for client projects
  • Oversee and negotiate vendor contracts behalf of clients
  • Seek new opportunities for growth with assigned client Support account service lead(s) with account management, development and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, sports management or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years related work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Proficiency with Experiential Marketing projects and consumer interaction/engagement
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Corporate or corporate account (agency) experience essential
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
