Experiential Marketing Manager

CSE seeks a seasoned experiential marketing manager to assist in managing and executing client programs with a focus on Hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Management of client activations including but not limited to: sourcing and procurement of talent, transportation, security, hospitality, travel, audio/visual, media, digital/interactive, décor, premiums, staffing and sampling
  • Liaison with CSE internal divisions; account service, creative, digital, production, legal and accounting
  • Manage clients and communicate with vendors
  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Manage, support and develop event operations plans for assigned projects
  • Assist Experiential Director in developing concepts and ideas for client/brand activations
  • Manage client activation assets
  • Assist in developing new business opportunities
  • Develop post-event client recap and financial reconciliation
  • Develop required production documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with special events, incentive travel, meeting planning and hospitality industry 
  • Proficiency with Experiential Marketing projects and consumer interaction/engagement
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
  • Client management and account management skills i.e. retaining, managing and growing long term relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel as required
